When I was a Trainee I gained extensive exposure to all aspects of commercial property from commercial leases and registrations to due diligence in the sale of the property assets of a large corporate client.  I was given a high degree of responsibility and dealt directly with clients which meant that my skills as a commercial lawyer developed rapidly as transactions moved through their various stages.  Now that I have qualified into Property this experience is serving me very well.
