Tara is a Partner in William Fry’s Asset Management & Investment Funds Department, specialising in advising asset managers, service providers and in the establishment of a wide variety of investment funds, with a significant ETF portfolio.
Her recent significant work includes advising:
- iShares, the exchange traded fund range, on its proposed sale to CVC Capital Partners Group
- ETF Securities Limited on the establishment of their platform of swap based ETFs - followed by the launch of their range of leverage and inverse ETF products, the first such products in Ireland
- Architas Multi-Manager Europe Limited on the establishment of a substantive UCITS management company and a UCITS multi-manager platform to facilitate the investment of AXA Life products throughout Europe
