Nora is Head of William Fry’s Private Client Group. Her practice focuses on providing legal and taxation advice in the area of trusts and estates including the law of charity.
Areas of specialisation include advising:
- On wills, estate planning and the administration of estates in particular with an international dimension
- On partnerships
- On onshore and offshore trust structuring
- Private and public companies and pension trustees in relation to issues arising on death
- On the law of capacity
- On related Money Laundering issues
- On contentious trust and estate matters
- On asset and liability restructuring in the context of the administration of estates
- On family law issues in trust and estate planning
Nora is an Associate of the Irish Tax Institute and Chairperson of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She regularly writes articles and provides seminars on trust and estate issues and is co-author of the sections on settlements and trusts in “Irish Conveyancing Precedents” (Tottel Publishing). Nora is listed in the Citywealth Leaders List.
