Leo Moore | Profile
Leo is a Partner in the William Fry Technology Group, specialising in intellectual property, information technology, data protection and commercial law. A regular contributor of articles to publications, Leo has also participated in lecture programmes on data protection, commercial law and intellectual property. He is co-author of the Irish chapter of International Agency and Distribution Agreements (2009) by Lexis Nexis and the Irish chapter of the PLC Data Protection Handbook (2011).
Recent work includes advising:
- Nintendo on consumer and intellectual property matters including in relation to its 3DS and Wii consoles
- Easons on the establishment of its "Thank You" loyalty scheme
- Aviva on data protection and commercial matters
- Railway Procurement Agency on Ireland’s Integrated Ticketing System for public transport services
- McAfee on customer contract matters
Leo is a member of the Licensing Executives Society and of the International Trade Mark Association (INTA). He is also a registered Irish and European Trade Mark and Design Attorney.
