Tesco Ireland Limited in relation to all its Commercial Litigation needs including landlord and tenant matters. 

Menolly Homes in relation to Commercial Court Proceedings concerning a dispute regarding a joint venture agreement for a development.

Bula Limited in acting for the Receiver in longest running receivership in the State.  The final phase of litigation was heard in the Supreme Court in January 2009 concluding extremely complex Commercial Litigation spanning 25 years.

Conor O’Brien ( Baron, Lord Inchiquin) –v- Trinity Property Holdings limited in defence of specific performance action in respect of sale of historically important estate in Co Clare.

Liam Carroll in a dispute between property developers Noel Smyth and Liam Carroll relating to the redevelopment of ‘The Square’, Tallaght.

Harry Crosbie in ongoing proceedings brought by Dunnes Stores relating to the anchor retail unit at the Point Village.
