We have been centrally involved in the majority of privatisation work in Ireland and have first hand experience of the issues that arise through the process.  The privatisations we have worked on include those of Irish Life and Trustee Savings Bank (TSB).  We also represented the Irish Government on the privatisation of Aer Lingus.  

We have extensive experience in advising on the regulation of monopolies and state aid issues that arise in the public, semi-state and private sectors.
