We have run some of the largest, most complex and high profile cases heard in domestic arbitration. Our lawyers’ specific experience is unparalleled in the Irish market. We have acted in many of high value, complex arbitrations on contractual, real estate, retail, construction, office, leisure, infrastructure and industry matters. Our specific expertise allows us to deliver the best outcome for our clients in a cost-effective and timely manner.

We have experience of running complex arbitrations under the Arbitration Acts 1954 to 1998, and have expertise on both the Arbitration Act 2010 and the UNCITRAL rules. We also have extensive experience in advising on and running ad-hoc arbitration.

Our lawyers are experienced Fellows, Members and Committee Members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and can act as solicitor, counsel and arbitrator. We also have dual-qualified lawyers who have experience in both UK and Irish arbitration.

  • Acting for a contractor on a quantum claim with the employer in relation to a multi-storey car park
  • Acting for a hotel developer and hotel operator on defective and quantum claims in various arbitrations arising out of defects on a substantial hotel development
