As IT Manager at William Fry I am responsible for driving the development and delivery of the best systems and services and for implementing technology which will frame and support the Firm's business operations and enable us to achieve our business goals and objectives as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I oversee the various IT teams working on technology infrastructure, IT development projects and helpdesk and applications support. The teams work very closely together to ensure that staff around the office always have immediate secure access to the email, document management, information and billing systems which support their day to day work and activities. We also provide external support to our clients when the need arises.

I joined the Firm in 2008 and find the staff very friendly. There is a good atmosphere within the Firm and frequent social events are laid on throughout the year to make work life a little lighter and brighter in these challenging economic times.
